Foie Gras (translated literally to “fat liver”) is one of the great cultural and gastronomical delicacies of France. Our ethically produced Foie Gras comes from the Free Range Geese and 'Mulard' Ducks of Maison Samaran in Gers – South West France. They run freely on grassy fields and are fed with non-GMO white corn for a minimum of 13 weeks.
Our Duck Foie Gras is some of the best produced in the region. For when only the best will do, choose our Goose Foie Gras which is even richer, finer and more complex in taste and texture.
