Duck Confit - 2 Legs - 750g
Our duck confit is deliciously prepared in duck fat ensuring all the delicate and rich flavours are preserved. These two legs are perfect as a dinner for two.
Use a pan or oven to warm the legs up with the duck fat from the jar. Firstly place the legs skin side down for 5 minutes to crisp. Then turn over and cover for 10 minutes more.
Serve with fried potatoes and green beans.
