Refunds and Returns
So Fine So Tasty will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once parcel has been signed for. Confirmation of claim can be done either by phone call or email.
PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY.
So Fine So Tasty will not offer replacement for damaged/broken items after the 24hr period of receiving the goods.
For information on the most appropriate way to return items you must first contact So Fine So Tasty via one of the following:

So Fine So Tasty will not refund or replace any goods that are returned without contacting us via phone or email above, and receiving specific return information, including a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
In order for us to arrange return of goods, please be sure to include/have ready the following information when you call or email us:
- The order number
- The reason for the return
- Your day time phone number
- Your email address
To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage by Australia Post. Delivery costs (including packaging and handling fees) are not refundable.
Our exchange policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as So Fine So Tasty cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.
